The author is not responsible for any damage to any equipment, loss of data, etc. that you incur through usage of this program or through improper or illegal use of this program. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is borne by you. Should the program prove defective, you and not the author assume the entire cost of any service and repair.

The PageInspector application program, and all items that accompany the PageInspector application program belong to the author, and may not be modified at all in any way without written permission from the author.
You are permitted to distribute PageInspector to your friends, upload it to a BBS or FTP site, or place it on a CD-ROM provided it is copied in its entirety, including the manual, sample files and scripts, and this licence agreement. You MAY NOT sell PageInspector for profit.
